Dr. Kendall Grose

Interventional Spine & Pain Management

Dr. Kendall Grose specializes in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His extensive experience allows him to provide skilled and compassionate care that his patient’s greatly value

Dr. Grose treats simple and complex pain issues. He is thorough as he works with each patient to develop a treatment plan to quickly and effectively improve their everyday life.

Dr. Armen Khachatryan

Spine Surgery

Dr. Armen Khachatryan is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive microsurgery and the treatment of cervical and lumbar spinal disease.

In addition to broad training in many traditional spinal surgical options such as decompression laminectomies and fusion, Dr. Khachatryan has extensive experience in minimally invasive surgery, motion preservation technology, artificial disc replacement and non-fusion technologies.

Dr. Khachatryan is a leader in the field of artificial disc replacement. He has been invited to present at many national and internal spine meetings on this topic. He has been a clinic instructor, training other surgeons on the artificial disc replacement technique. Dr. Khachatryan has been a clinical investigator in a number of different FDA clinical trials including a novel bioactive composite for vertebral fracture treatment and several pivotal FDA trials for cervical artificial disc replacement.

Dr. Khachatryan was among the first to implant artificial discs in Utah both in the lumbar and cervical spine.

Dr. Joel MacDonald


Dr. Joel MacDonald knew at a young age that he wanted to be a neurosurgeon, he grew up admiring his father who was also a skilled neurosurgeon. Dr. MacDonald’s philosophy of care is one of conservatism and optimal improvement of quality of life.

Dr. MacDonald is fellowship trained in cerebrovascular
and skull base surgery and has over 20 years of practice developing additional expertise in complex spine and peripheral nerve, functional surgery including surgical treatment of epilepsy and movement disorders, brain tumor surgery, pain surgery and treatment of hydrocephalus.

Among other areas of expertise, Dr. MacDonald has unique experience in adult complex cranial and spinal micro neurosurgery.

Louanne Bowles

Patient Navigator

Louanne completed the radiologic technologist program at the Salt Lake Community College in 2016 and is working full-time radiologic technologist. She completed the pharmacy technology certification program at the Salt Lake Community College in August of 2020.

She has been working at retail pharmacy on the weekends. She has two grown daughters, 4 grandsons, and a granddaughter.  She loves the outdoors, Mexican food, and playing games with family and friends.


Dr. Eric Lee

Dr. Eric Lee is a chiropractor practicing in Utah.  He completed 3 years of graduate training in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

He also completed graduate training in Spine Trauma, Spinal Bio-mechanical engineering, Hospital-based spine care, car accident reconstruction, and crash dynamics through the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Bio-mechanical Sciences.

He completed a fellowship in spinal biomechanics and trauma, fellowship in Spine MRI along with graduate training in extremities and sports medicine.

He is also an official chiropractor with BYU Athletics, and practices at the Pain & Spine Center at Mt. Point Hospital.

He loves spending time wife and two girls doing various activities, and working with special needs kids and charities.
